Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization and shipping instructions.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, clay, and paints are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
